Emily Kroh

I am an experienced childcare provider with a strong background supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth. I have worked with children ages 3–11 in preschool, after-school, and summer programs, including independently leading an outdoor-based Pre-K class. Trained in the Pyramid Model for social and emotional development, I create safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities that foster exploration, creativity, problem-solving, and positive interactions. I adapt to each child’s needs, respond calmly to challenges, and maintain structure while keeping learning and play enjoyable. I also prioritize clear communication with families, providing updates and insights to ensure transparency and confidence in the care I provide.
