Hi! My name is Carolyn Meuret, and I am a senior at Blue Valley High School.
I have over five years of babysitting and nannying experience caring for children of all ages. I have served as a regular nanny for a 4 and 5-year-old, working 3–5 days per week during the summer and 2 days per week during the school year, which allowed me to build strong, long-term relationships with both the children and their family. I was also trusted to stay with the children for up to five consecutive days while their parents were out of town, handling daily routines, meals, activities, and bedtime independently. In addition, I regularly babysit for multiple families with 2–6 children, ranging in age from 11 months to 12 years old,. I am comfortable managing multiple children at once while keeping them safe, engaged, and cared for. I also work at Church of the Resurrection in the nursery, where I primarily care for infants 0–5 months old, further strengthening my experience with newborns. I am CPR certified, reliable, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. In the fall, I plan to attend the University of Kansas to pursue a degree in nursing, with the goal of becoming a neonatal nurse, which reflects my long-term commitment to child care and health.
